10 Portland Square involved a strip out and redevelopment of a 6 storey, Grade II Listed, old office building. Refurbishment comprising of 1No 3 bed and 4No 2 bed luxury apartments finished to a high specification. Much of the ornate, historic features retained to mix traditional with contemporary. A 3 storey new build was created to the rear of the property on Norfolk Avenue. This development includes 3No 2 bed apartments, with all bedrooms fitted with en-suites.

25 Portland Square works include scheme design for reconfiguration and contemporary extension to an existing Georgian Town House to create 13No 1, 2 & 3 bed luxury apartments. Internal works involved a complete strip out, formation of a lift shaft and lightwell. The new rear extension was clad in standing-seam zinc, forming balconies to the rear apartments and a roof terrace to the top floor duplex.

Both refurbishment developments were done in collaboration with Complete Projects Ltd.
