Planning Approval has been achieved at MHI to expand and streamline current business operations, enabling them to continue to use the site for general industrial, storage, distribution and offices. Proposals include replacing periphery structures with a 3 storey extension to the south of the site, enabling MHI to streamline warehouse services by relocating at risk ground floor stores up a floor. Thus provide better protection for business continuity during such an event whilst improve conditions to workers with much improved rest spaces.
