Remedial work to the existing North light roofscape is now well under way at The Life Factory with conservation, repair & reinstatement of the substantial timber roof structure nearing completion. The roof was in a a very poor state of repair following years of water ingress. The timber structure has been sensitively repaired with an aim of reusing as much as possible of the existing building fabric to preserve the wonderful industrial heritage & aesthetic. It's great to see the structure in its full glory prior to dropping the substantial scaffold structure that props the roof above the existing brick & timber post structure below.
