Wotton Donoghue Architects have joined forces once again with Ashville Group, Helme and Partners, and Adex Interiors to revitalize the ground floor of The White Building and the adjoining Latimer House in central Southampton. This project envisions a complete transformation, introducing a new café and agile workspaces that cater to the evolving, dynamic nature of modern work.
The proposed scheme goes beyond mere functionality, aiming to breathe new life into the space. The finishes have been carefully selected, which includes natural materials such as wood and terracotta to infuse a sense of warmth and authenticity. The colour palette, featuring contemporary and inviting tones, is set to redefine the ambiance, creating a more welcoming and inspiring environment.
The team have collaborated closely with suppliers and experts, Workform. Their invaluable input has played a pivotal role in the selection and procurement of furniture, ensuring that every detail aligns seamlessly with the overall vision for The White Building.
